a series of visualizers I created for each track of beach house's fantastic album '7'. the animation was created with flat shaded 3d geometry with different black and white animated patterns textured on them. much inspiration was taken from the artwork of bridget riley. each video seamlessly transitioned into the next in order to create one long continuous video, which ended up totaling 47 minutes.

the project was on a pretty tight schedule so these animations were created very quickly. with each consecutive video, I was able to streamline the production process and produce them more efficiently but the challenge of coming up with fresh, new ideas for how the visuals were going to move kept getting more difficult.
